The last round of the Supermoto European Championship was held this past weekend in Salou, Spain.
In the Open Class, Italian Honda rider Massimiliano Porfiri won Heat #1, followed by Suzuki’s Jesus Romero and David Jimenez Lopez, both from Spain.
In Heat #2, Italy’s Alberto Dall’Era won on a KTM, followed by Porfiri and Romero. Michelle Disalvo, the sole American in the series, took 16th place in heat #1 and 13th in heat #2.
Massimiliano Porfiri wrapped up the season as the Open Class champion, and Bulgaria’s Angel Karanyotov (KTM) finished as the ES3 champion.
